What we collect

The site has a single collection point: the setup request form. Unless you submit it, no data identifying you is stored.

When you submit the form we store:

• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number including country code
• Preferred language
• Country code of your connection (e.g. TR)
• Date and time of the request
• Technical parameters identifying the advertisement or campaign you arrived from

What we do not collect

The form never asks for an identity number, date of birth, postal address, bank or card details, and none are stored. The site has no user accounts, logins or payment system.

Purpose

Your data is used only to handle your setup request, to contact you by phone or email and to record the request. It is not used for profiling or automated decision-making.

Campaign parameters are kept solely to measure which advertisement produced the request.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the explicit consent you give when submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Storage and transfers

Records are stored over encrypted connections on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare. As Cloudflare runs a global network, data may be held on servers outside Türkiye.

To act on your request the record is transferred to the provider operating our customer relations system. Only name, email and phone number are transferred.

Your data is never sold, rented or shared for third-party marketing. Lawful requests from competent public authorities are reserved.

Retention

Records are kept for at most 12 months after your request is concluded and are then deleted. If you ask for earlier deletion, we act within 30 days.

Security

Records can only be read through a password-protected endpoint available to authorised staff. All traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted with TLS. No transmission over the internet is ever fully secure.

Your rights

Under article 11 of the KVKK you may:

• Learn whether your data is processed
• Request information about the processing
• Learn the purpose and whether data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred, at home or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request erasure or destruction
• Request that corrections and erasures be notified to third parties
• Object to a result produced solely by automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

How to apply

Write to destek@findeksai.com. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days. You may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board if unsatisfied.

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published here and the date at the top shows the latest change.
